Account Management
The client account set up is really simple. You need to add their personal details, NINO, email address as well as their bank account.
Once this is submitted the platform will send an email to them to confirm their personal details are correct, accept the platform T&C's and set their own password up to access the platform in future.
Once a client has accepted platform T&C's and signed up, tax wrappers can be added ready for cash deposit or transfers.
Each client has a message hub which stores any messages and documents that are generated automactially by the platform.
This could be confirmation of a withdrawal, a contract note from a trade or a valuation.
All messages and documents are held historically and can be downloaded anytime.
The platform offers a range of reporting.
You are able to run a valuation over a date range of your choice and download it as a PDF. These valuations are all saved for easy future access.
Quarterly and Annual Valuation statements are automatically produced and are available to download from the client message hub.
Tax statements are produced automatically and are available to download from the client message hub.
Wrapper Management
The platform uses the Altus Gateway (ATG) to electronically transfer assets and cash between platforms. Not all platforms use the ATG system, so manual transfers are used in these cases.
The platform used the Origo transfer system for many pension transfers
The SIPP offers Flexi Access Drawdown (FAD) Pension Commencement Lumpsum (PCLS) and Uncrystallised Funds Pension Lump Sum (UFPLS).
These options continue post age 75.
We offer a stocks and shares flexi ISA.
This means any money taken out of the ISA can be added back in. The platform shows the remaining ISA allowance, which includes any monies withdrawn.
You could therefore see the remaining ISA Allowance above that years subscription.
